We’re growing — and looking for a Farm Machinery Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our success and involves working with cutting-edge equipment in every stage of crop production, from planting to harvest to table. ________________________________________ What You'll Be Doing • Operate and maintain farm machinery PRIMARILY SPRAYER (tractors, harvesters, sprayers, skidsteers, forklifts, etc.) • Perform field operations: tillage, planting, spraying (liquid fertilizer and chemicals), cultivating, and harvesting • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, farm safety, and biosecurity protocols • Monitor plant health and respond to crop diseases (including potatoes) • Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation • Use GPS and precision farming technology for guidance and yield tracking • Assist with general farm duties as required ________________________________________ What You Bring to the Table • High school diploma (or equivalent) • Minimum 2 years’ experience in crop farming and large-scale crop farm equipment operation • Proven background with row and field crops • Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons (including Saturdays, but not Sundays) • ️ Strong mechanical skills and physical stamina • Independent thinker with great problem-solving abilities • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Valid, clean driver’s license • Bonus: Pesticide license and technical/vocational training • Able to read technical manuals and follow safety protocols • Excellent team and leadership skills ________________________________________ Why Join Kamper Group? • Be part of a progressive, family-run farm • Join a respectful, collaborative team • Gain experience in a rewarding agricultural environment • Competitive wage with room to grow $25/hour • Health Spending Account (HSA) and traditional benefits • Continuous training and development opportunities ________________________________________ Ready to Apply?
