Hospitality Worker I
In this entry-level role, you'll support food and non-alcoholic beverage service, assist with concessions and premium seating areas, and help ensure smooth event operations from setup to cleanup. This role offers variety and hands-on experience in a team setting.
You could work in following roles:
- Concession Runner: Serve food and non-alcoholic drinks to guests, assist with setup and restocking, and maintain a clean work area.
- Premium Seating Runner: Assist servers in VIP areas like Suites, Loges, and VIP sections; deliver food and soft drinks to guests.
- Popcorn/Cotton Candy Operator: Prep, make, and distribute popcorn and cotton candy for events, while keeping machines and areas clean and stocked.
- Porter: Transfer products from storage to service areas, assist with restocking and setup, and ensure accurate inventory.
- Kitchen/Concession Cook: Prepare, cook, and plate food items according to AHS food handling standards and event demands.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Previous food service and customer service experience is an asset
- Successful completion or ability to obtain Food Safe certification
Hospitality Worker II
In this role, you'll take on additional responsibilities such as serving alcohol, handling transactions, and supporting team members. You'll help set the tone for excellent service and contribute to a positive team environment.
You could work in following roles:
- Concession Cashier: Process guest orders and cash/credit transactions; serve food and alcohol according to AGLC regulations.
- Premium Seating Server: Deliver alcohol, food, and drinks to premium guests (Suites, Loges, VIP areas) and cash handling.
- Bartender: Serve alcoholic beverages while managing setup, stocking, and cash handling.
- Porter: Transfer products from storage to service areas, assist with restocking and setup, and ensure accurate inventory.
- Kitchen/Concession Cook: Prepare, cook, and plate food items according to AHS food handling standards and event demands.
What you bring
- Leadership skills with the ability to support and guide others
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- A customer first attitude with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Must be legally permitted to serve alcohol in Alberta
- Successful completion or ability to obtain Alberta ProServe certification.
- Successful completion or ability to obtain Food Safe certification
- Customer service or food and beverage experience is an asset
