Overview
As a Mover/Driver, you’ll help move and deliver items safely while providing helpful, professional customer service. The role combines hands-on moving work, careful handling, and clear communication with customers and colleagues.
Duties
- Load, unload, carry, and position items, using safe handling practices during heavy lifting.
- Drive items to their destinations and communicate clearly about delivery progress and handling needs.
- Assist with tasks, organizing items and preparing them for moving or delivery.
- Follow appropriate and authorized, safe operating practices.
- Your impact: Careful handling and timely updates help customers receive their items smoothly and help colleagues coordinate each move.
Experience
Required: Practical moving skills, safe heavy lifting, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach are important for completing moves and supporting customers. Preferred: Class 5 driving, and previous moving experience can help you contribute across transportation, handling, and preparation tasks. Customer service experience is also an advantage when answering questions and keeping customers informed.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
