Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer - Sider to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing and siding systems on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure structures are weatherproof, durable, and visually appealing. Duties
- Measure, cut, and install roofing materials such as shingles, metal panels, or other siding products using hand tools and power tools
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure watertight and airtight finishes on roofing and siding joints
- Use carpentry skills to frame, trim, or modify structures as needed for proper installation
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols
- Assist with general handyman tasks related to construction projects, including minor repairs and maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven experience with construction activities, particularly roofing or siding installation
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and measuring devices
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical instructions accurately
- Strong carpentry skills with an understanding of framing and structural modifications
- Experience with caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and outdoor conditions
- Handyman experience is a plus for versatile project support

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
