We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Medicine Hat, AB. In this role, you will help drive sales growth by building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also assist customers with selecting products and preparing orders, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through to purchase.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in sales and design, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

A day in the life of
- Greet and assist customers to help find the best flooring suited for them.
- Inform customers of the proper use and care of flooring.
- Negotiate purchasing terms with clients.
- Generate sales leads, initiate prospective calls, and establish ongoing rapport with existing customers.
- Prepare customer’s orders daily by ensuring the correct amount of material is measured, cut, and ready for pick-up and/or delivery.
- Load and unload product shipments and orders.
What we need from you
- Possess basic mathematical and reading skills.
- Proficient in basic computer use.
- Goal-orientated and driven to reach targets.
- Self-motivated to excel in your role and career.
- High energy and passion.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Required to work 40 hours per week.
- Required to work Saturdays, holidays, and evening hours.
- Ability to lift to 100lbs.
