Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
- Assist in opening or closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning workstations
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a strong background in bartending and serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management
- Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
- Knowledge of the food industry standards, hospitality principles, and cash handling procedures

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
