Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform tire services, routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic inspections, ensuring customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive repair and maintenance to develop their skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
- Replace filters, fluids, and other routine maintenance parts, as well as Multiple types of tire services using hand tools and power tools
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper disposal of used materials
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
- Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or products when appropriate
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems/Eagerness to expand one’s knowledge of said systems
- Comfortable with Sales
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable transport to the workplace

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 43 per week
