Full job description
As a Warehouse Worker / Appliance Delivery team member, you will support warehouse operations and work as part of a driver-and-helper, two-person delivery crew. This role includes in-home and room-of-choice appliance delivery, delivery and installation support, customer assistance, and safe handling of oversized appliances. The position involves frequent heavy lifting, stair navigation, and extended driving.
Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations and inventory handling.
- Load appliances safely for delivery.
- Complete in-home and room-of-choice appliance deliveries.
- Support appliance delivery and installation activities.
- Assist customers throughout the delivery process.
- Use delivery scheduling software to support delivery routes and schedules.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately.
- Follow safety requirements while lifting, navigating stairs, and handling oversized appliances.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in warehouse and appliance delivery work.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of safe lifting techniques.
- Understanding of delivery routing.
- Basic appliance installation skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a two-person delivery crew.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
