Job Title: Business Development & Operations Manager

About Us:
CyberNest is a growing IT company providing website development, business automation solutions, and software services to local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach local businesses for IT services (websites, apps, automation)
- Find and generate projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelancing or networking channels
- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements
- Manage and coordinate with freelance developers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and delivered professionally
- Build long-term relationships with clients
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or similar platforms is highly preferred
- Confident and self-motivated personality
- Basic understanding of websites or IT services (training can be provided)
- Ability to manage tasks and follow up with team members
- Previous experience in sales or business development is an asset
Compensation:
- Base salary + commission on projects
