Full job description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Concrete Finisher / Experienced Labourer to join our team. This position is for immediate work, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to turn into full-time, long-term employment for the right person.
Job Duties:
- Concrete prep, forming, and finishing
- Heavy lifting and wheelbarrowing
- Operating power tools, jackhammers, and concrete saws
- Site cleanup and general labour tasks
- Assisting with various residential concrete projects
Requirements:
- Previous concrete or construction experience preferred
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (mandatory)
- Ability to show up on time and work full days
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Trailer hauling experience is a bonus
Pay:
- Starting at $18/hour
- Opportunity for increased pay based on performance and long-term fit
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Full days (hours may vary depending on job and weather)
