Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various roofing systems at client sites, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a range of construction and carpentry skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to ensure precise execution of projects.
• Use hand tools and power tools to install, assemble, and secure equipment, fixtures, or structural components.
• Perform heavy lifting as required to move materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing of installations.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation methods and prepare work areas for installation activities.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.
• Strong background in construction, carpentry, or handyman experience.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into physical installations.
• Experience with caulking techniques for sealing applications.
• Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with installation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $17.54-$40.00 per hour
