We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 3M Paint Protection Installer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable dealership group while showcasing your craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF) on new and pre-owned vehicles with precision.
- Perform high-quality detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, and restoration.
- Ensure vehicles meet dealership and customer expectations for cleanliness and protection.
- Inspect and prepare vehicles prior to delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and proper use of tools and chemicals.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure timely completion of work.
Qualifications:
- Experience with 3M Paint Protection Film installation is preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate).
- Previous detailing experience in automotive or related industries an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Medicine Hat, AB T1B 4V2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Detailing: 1 year (preferred)
- PPF Installing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
