Baker – Join the MT Nest Café Team
Do you love creating beautiful pastries, fresh breads, and baked goods from scratch? Are you someone who takes pride in quality, works well with others, and enjoys being part of a supportive team?
MT Nest Café is looking for a passionate baker to join our growing kitchen.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and baking a variety of fresh pastries, desserts, breads, cookies, muffins, and other café favourites.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Assisting with recipe preparation, production planning, and inventory.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.Working collaboratively with our kitchen and front-of-house teams.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous commercial baking experience (preferred).
- Is organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
- Has excellent time management skills.
- Values teamwork, respectful communication, and a positive workplace.
- Has a genuine passion for baking and creating exceptional products.
