Medicine Hat Christian School seeks a faith-based Grade 3/4 Teacher . Medicine Hat Christian School is a K to 9 school. It serves approximately 300 students and is an alternative Christian faith education program within the Medicine Hat Public School Division . The successful candidate will promote the school mission which is inspiring spiritual, academic, and personal growth through Christ-centered learning .

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching all subjects in a combined Grade 3 & 4 class. In this role, the candidate will develop and implement engaging, effective lessons; provide individualized support and enrichment to help students reach their full potential; foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation; and assess and monitor student progress while providing timely, meaningful feedback to both students and parents.

Preference will be given to the candidate who can :

• support a Christian f aith perspective in teaching, learning and relationships

• facilitate students and parents in having a personal connection with the classroom and school

• experience in teaching combined classes

• innovate , l everage technology , and differentiate instruction to ensure all students can succeed

• engage in a Collaborative Response Model
