- Exceptional customer service — consistently delivers clear, courteous, and professional support
- Security operations knowledge — well‑versed in standard procedures, protocols, and incident response
- Professional written communication — able to produce accurate logs, reports, and routine correspondence
- Physical readiness for patrol — able to stand, walk, and conduct thorough foot patrols as required
