4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician:Agriculture & Industrial

Silverback Electric Ltd. is growing, and we're starting to look for the right person to join our team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, solves problems without being told every step, and wants to build something long-term. Compensation is highly competitive and will reflect your experience, work ethic, and ability to work independently. Top performers will be rewarded accordingly. Our work includes: Irrigation pivots (Reinke, Valley, Zimmatic, Lockwood) Agricultural electrical Industrial service work Commercial projects and tenant improvements Pump controls, VFDs and motor controls Troubleshooting and service Fortis services and underground installations We're looking for someone who: Is a 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician Has strong troubleshooting skills Can work independently and make good decisions Takes pride in clean, professional workmanship Communicates well with customers Wants responsibility and room to grow Agriculture or irrigation pivot experience is a major asset, but we're willing to train the right person who has a strong electrical foundation and the right attitude.
