Job Description
Provide administrative and customer service support to ensure efficient day-to-day program operations. This role assists with client intake, scheduling, record management, communications, and general office administration while supporting staff and clients throughout the service process.
Some duties may include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming inquiries.
- Provide information about programs, services, and community resources.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
- Support client intake, eligibility screening, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare, update, and distribute administrative documents and materials.
- Assist with meeting coordination, minutes, and general office administration.
- Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and reception areas.
- Provide administrative support to staff and assist with special projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and training requirements.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Education in Office Admin/ Business or related field
- 1+ Years of experience in an administrative, clerical or office support role
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
