Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet customers and visitors
- Schedule appointments
- Basic data entry and filing
- Process customer payments
- Assist the office team with daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception or office experience is an asset but not required
