Arborist
We are looking for a certified and/or experienced Arborist to join our team in a Leadership Role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Supervise a crew in all Aspects of Tree Care Operations: Including Pruning, Removals, Planting, and Maintenance
- Ensure all work is Performed Safely and in Compliance with Industry Standards and Company Policies
- Operate and Oversee the use of Equipment such as Chainsaws, Chippers, Aerial lifts, and Rigging systems
- Train and Mentor Crew Members to improve Skills and Performance
- Communicate Effectively with Clients and Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Conduct Job Site Assessments and Plan Daily Work Activities
- Maintain Accurate Records of Work Performed and Report to Management
Requirements:
- ISA Certified or Relevant Experience
- Leadership Ability with a Positive Attitude
- Experience Driving and Operating a Bucket Truck, Chipper, Skid Steer and Chain Saws
- Mechanically Inclined with ability to Troubleshoot Equipment Issues
- Physically Capable of Lifting 50 lbs
- Class 5 Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
- High Attention to Detail and Quality of Work
- Team Player with ability to Maintain Composure under Stressful situations
- Professional Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Self Motivated, Organized and Reliable
