Join us at Medicine Hat’s Brand-New Quesada Burritos & Tacos!We’re thrilled to have opened the first Quesada Burritos & Tacos in Medicine Hat bringing fresh, customizable burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, and bold Mexican flavors to the community! As a fast-casual favorite across Canada, Quesada is all about “To the Mex” – hand-mashing guac daily, making fresh salsas, and serving up big, bold meals with a smile.We’re looking for an experienced individual comfortable with evenings and closing. Prior food service, customer service, or restaurant experience is an asset, but what we value most is someone who is friendly, reliable, and dependable!What You’ll Do:
- Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm – make every customer feel welcome and excited about their meal.
- Prepare and assemble fresh, customized orders (burritos, tacos, bowls, and more) following Quesada’s recipes and high standards for quality and presentation.
- Work multiple stations: line assembly, grilling/warming proteins, chopping veggies, cash handling/POS, and keeping the restaurant spotless.
- Closing experience with Point of Sale system cash out, stocking inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace – including food prep, dishwashing, and following health & safety guidelines.
- Help create a positive team environment during our busy opening phase and beyond.

- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, holidays, and closing shifts).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- ProServe required
- 18+ required for alcohol sales
