The Opportunity The County of Forty Mile No. 8 (the County) is seeking a motivated and reliable cleaner to join our team. Reporting to the Park Manager or designate, the 40 Mile Park Cleaner is responsible for providing effective and efficient janitorial and housekeeping services at the bathrooms and other facilities at the 40 Mile Park. Your commitment to excellence will ensure Park facilities are safe and clean at all times and support the provision of a high-quality experience to Park visitors. Based on operational requirements or as directed by the supervisor, the 40 Mile Park Cleaner shall perform all other duties of the Labourer II classification. This posting is for up to two (2) temporary positions, which may be part-time, and are required until approximately September 30, 2026, depending on weather, operational requirements, and the County’s fiscal position. About You You are a hard worker and a team player who is seeking a safe, collaborative, and professional work environment. The 40 Mile Park Cleaner is expected to be polite, courteous, and pleasant to the public and other County staff. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are essential for success in this role. The wage for the position, listed below, and benefits are as per C.U.P.E Local 3395 Collective Agreement.Labourer II: $26.52 - $27.63 per hour
