Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and experience in clerical or medical office settings. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry with accuracy, including patient or client information into relevant systems such as QuickBooks or medical databases
  • Handle filing, record keeping, and document management efficiently
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, and proofreading documents
  • Support bookkeeping activities and basic financial recordkeeping as needed
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or a medical/dental office setting preferred
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries via phone or in person
  • Ability to perform typing accurately and efficiently while proofreading documents for errors
  • Previous experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, filing, and administrative support required
  • Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is advantageous but not mandatory
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or clerical training is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
