Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, maintenance, and manual labor tasks to ensure smooth project operations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- landscaping. mowing. weed wacking .. lawn care... potholes... more
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks such as moving tools and supplies
- Prepare work areas by setting up equipment and safety barriers
- Assist in the transportation of materials across different locations within the project site
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Perform other manual labor duties as assigned by supervisors to support ongoing projects
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- Reliable transportation or access to the work site location
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities
