Overview
Krusegroup Ltd (Prestige Window & Door) is a growing window and door manufacturer with a production facility in Medicine Hat and retail locations in Swift Current and Lethbridge. We are looking for a skilled mid-level IT professional to take ownership of our core manufacturing system and help us modernize how we work.
The Role
You will be the internal owner of our on-premises FeneVision ERP system, which supports quoting, manufacturing, inventory, shipping, and invoicing. This is a hands-on technical role with real ownership and the opportunity to shape both current operations and future technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize FeneVision (including SQL Server databases, integrations, and machine interfaces)
- Support the Sage 50 accounting interface and shop-floor connectivity
- Act as the primary liaison with our external IT provider
- Improve data flow between the office and production floor
- Develop custom tools and solutions using Visual Studio / .NET
- Drive process improvements across manufacturing workflows
- Explore practical AI applications for business use
- Help build future in-house corporate applications
Skills
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills (administration + T-SQL)
- Solid Visual Studio / .NET development experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing ERP or MES systems (FeneVision experience is a strong asset)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Mid-level professional comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing environment
- Clear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Interest in process improvement and practical AI tools
Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
