Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our dynamic dealership team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our high-end motorcycle inventory, providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance to motorcycle enthusiasts and new riders alike.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized consultations to customers, demonstrating product features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability while satisfying customer needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through H-D sales strategies, upselling additional accessories, services, or premium models.
• Support dealership marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and events to attract new prospects.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone and in person with professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions to ensure organized sales management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the dealership’s reach within local communities and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or dealership environments, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry.
• A positive attitude with willingness to work hard
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales from prospecting while supporting ongoing customer relationships.
• Experience with a CRM system, marketing, or sales support roles are considered assets
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently and accurately.
• Knowledge of motorcycle models, accessories, and related products is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work independently in outside environments while maintaining professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.

Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
