Our office is looking for an Experienced Skilled Office Administrator, preferably with at least 3 years experience. You would be the only full-time admin, so the position requires a variety of tasks ranging from reception, clerical duties, communication with clients, basic bookkeeping/accounting including A/R, A/P and general office duties including shipping out freight and ordering/maintaining office/shop supplies.
Main Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Answering phones and greeting/helping visitors
- Monitor the main email account (respond or forward as required) in a timely manner
- Manage field employee's daily tickets in our e-ticketing program
- Invoice clients and follow up when required
- Create PO's and enter supplier invoices
- Set up/manage jobs and rate sheets
- Safety ticket monitoring and ordering PPE
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience, preferably in smaller office with wide variety of tasks
- Absolutely must be organized, able to multi-task and to handle some stress
- Be pleasant, good with people and a good communicator
- Logical thinker, efficient and reliable. Quick learner able to work with minimal supervision
Environment:
Our shop is located on the outskirts of Redcliff. We are a locally owned company with an excellent group of 20+ field workers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$29.60 per hour
