Compensation & Hours:
  • The expected salary is $85K-$105K, dependent on experience

Position Summary:
  • Forecasting goals for sales and key expenses on a monthly and yearly basis to ensure cost effectiveness and the adherence to created budgets
  • Developing KPI’s and SOP’s for the business that align with company goals and growth opportunities
  • Scheduling receiving and deliveries and negotiating contracts with suppliers and distributors
  • Overseeing a team to encourage both professional and personal growth for employees through performance management and organized goals
  • Going beyond the expectations of customer service; upholding and exceeding the promise the company’s brand makes to its customers to promote repeat business and referrals
  • Bringing an analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making; challenging the status quo when there is valid reason to change paths
  • Providing hands-on, day-to-day direction to ensure the organization is well positioned to achieve strategic goals
  • Identifying trends in inventory, reports, customer order progression, and overall workflow to provide recommendations that allow for strategic planning
  • Fostering a safe work environment and positive culture
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in a management role with experience in operations and development of business policy
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that allow for adaptability and proactivity under pressure
  • Ability to hold staff accountable in a respectful manner, including while overseeing corrective action
  • Understanding of Continuous Improvement processes
  • Understanding of technology and ability to pick-up or develop new software’s
Bonus Points For:
  • Post Secondary Education in Business Management or related field
  • Experience in the food industry
