What to expect in the role
REDI Enterprises Society is presently seeking a fulltime Operations Supervisor for REDIgo! The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role supervises and coordinates staff and contractors, manages schedules, routes, equipment, and resources, and serves as a key point of contact for customers and service partners. The Operations Supervisor supports operational planning, compliance with health and safety standards, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement, while contributing to customer satisfaction and the growth of REDIgo! services.

You bring a strong blend of proactive leadership and sharp logistics, with a proven track record of coordinating teams and contractors to keep daily operations running smoothly. Your exceptional organizational skills allow you to seamlessly manage schedules, routes, and preventative maintenance while never losing sight of compliance and health and safety standards. Passionate about service quality and continuous improvement, you bring a customer-first mindset that builds strong relationships with partners and drives service growth. Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- First Aid – Level C/CPR certificate
- Basic computer literacy that meets the requirements of the specific role and agency/service
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Drivers License and clear Drivers Abstract
- Clean criminal record and vulnerable sector or one that is acceptable to the Executive Director
- A positive attitude and belief that persons with disabilities have the right and responsibility to define and act on their life choices and seek active participation in the community
- Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal format
