Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and patching
- Apply paint or other finishes using various methods including brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Restore and preserve painted surfaces
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Skills:
- Proficiency in using power tools relevant to painting tasks
- Experience in residential painting with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques
