Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – Full Time
We are currently seeking an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our growing team full-time. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in door ding repair, creases, large dent repairs, and hail damage repair, along with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the most effective PDR repair techniques
- Perform high-quality paintless dent repairs using specialized PDR tools and lighting systems
- Repair door dings, creases, large dents, and hail damage efficiently and accurately
- Manipulate metal panels carefully to restore factory appearance without repainting
- Conduct final quality inspections to ensure seamless results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within scheduled timelines
- Perform lifting and handling of panels or vehicle parts when required
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on PDR experience
- Proven experience in automotive body repair or dealership environments preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive repair processes
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized PDR equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Willingness to continue learning and improving techniques
- Licensed Journeyman certification is considered a strong asset
- Candidates who own their own PDR Tools are preferred.
Compensation
Compensation is open to negotiation and will be based on experience, skill level, and overall fit.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
