To continue providing exceptional service, we are seeking a dedicated Lube Technician to join our Quick Lube team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Lube Technician who is passionate about their work and can deliver exceptional customer service. As a Lube Technician at Murray Chevrolet Cadillac in Medicine Hat, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the performance and longevity of our customers' vehicles. This position is part-time, working 9am-1pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and basic routine maintenance services with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a high level of workmanship quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Service team and work independently as needed.
- Provide friendly and inviting customer service.
- Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A strong passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and friendly demeanor that makes customers feel welcome and valued.
