Active Healing Massage is looking for a part time receptionist starting August 17 2026. If selected interviews will be held Tues Aug 11 11:00-1:30. Training will be Aug 17 12:30-4:45. The receptionist is the back bone of the clinic and has many responsibilities and duties including but not limited to; greeting, cashing out and re booking of clientele, answering/returning of phone calls/emails and daily phone call reminders, daily cash outs, folding of laundry and cleaning/dusting etc, typing of documents and inputting client information, helping out at local trade shows, promoting the clinic by visiting other businesses and handing out brochures to houses etc. Hours are BETWEEN the following times depending on client bookings. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF UNABLE TO WORK TIMES LISTED BELOW, COME DURING INTERVIEW TIME OR ARE UNABLE TO START ON START DATE!
Mondays: 11:15am-3:15pm
Tuesdays: 11:15am-7:00pm
Wednesdays: 11:15am-2:30pm
Thursdays: 3:45pm-7:45pm
Fridays: 4:45pm-7:45pm
**HOURS LISTED ABOVE ARE THE MAX HOURS FOR THE WEEK AND NOT GAURNENTEED AS ARE BASED UPON CLIENT BOOKINGS. Staff must always be ready to come in between these times to accommodate last minute bookings within an hour notice and do not work if not many clients are booked for that day (last receptionist averaged about 20 HOURS a week but we are growing everyday!). Employee must have license and own vehicle or be willing to pay for a taxi to accommodate last minute bookings during the hours posted above. Starting wage is $15 dollars/hour with the opportunity for a 1 dollar/hour raise at the end of every year worked for the next 5 years with a cap of 20 dollars/hour with stats during regular work schedule off with pay after probation. The ideal candidate would be confident with computers and phones, great at multitasking, very personable and able to work independently. Experience as a receptionist or in the massage industry would be an asset. If this sounds like the job for you, please upload your resume.
