Vista Dental is hiring a part-time or full time Registered Dental Hygienist with the flexibility to chose your own schedule! Our office is open Monday – Thursday from 8:30am-4:30pm & Fridays from 8:00am – 3:00pm. We offer a fully employer paid-comprehensive benefits package, uniform allowance and 3 weeks vacation upon hire. We are a busy general dentistry practice, that requires an additional hygienist to support our patient base.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our team with a valid & current license - in good standing with the Alberta Dental Association.
Duties
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions
- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling & root planning, polish & fluoride application and applying dental sealants as needed
- Take digital radiographs
- Assist in the assessment of patient health history and current dental conditions
- Maintain accurate patient records using Cleardent software.
- Collaborate with the team to improve office workflow and patient experience
