General purpose of the position: Retail Sales Associate is responsible for the sale of accessories, diagnostics, testing and sign in of repairs for a variety of mobile products.
Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair quotes and testing on a variety of mobile products including Android, iPhone's, iPad's, Apple Watches, and more Assist customers with repair inquiries and provide customers with repair quotations Communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis, carried out in a knowledgeable, and professional manner. Adhere to all of the company's policies and procedures, and keep up to date on current information Flexible availability based on business needs Create amazing experiences for customers Set priorities and deliver results within deadlines Manage inventory Provide administrative support and cashier services, sign in repairs for cracked screens, liquid damage, factory restore, battery replacements, charging port, speaker replacement, LCD/digitizer replacement using detailed and accurate information.
The candidate must possess customer service and communications skills geared towards explaining technical information to uninformed customers. They must be a team player with problem-solving ability, critical thinking and decision-making skills. They must be highly organized and possess an excellent memory with a outstanding attention to detail, and must able to work independently with no supervision.
