WE ARE NOT COMMISSION BASED!! We offer a base salary to provide you with financial stability plus the opportunity to earn additional bonuses. If you are motivated and driven, your opportunities are limitless - an average Sales Consultant can earn $75,000 + per year!

More About the Role:

 

  • Meet with customers and prospective buyers - ask the right questions and listen carefully to understand their needs and wants and match them to a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances.
  • Be the product knowledge expert - Know our products inside and out including, product performance, optional packages and the latest technology.
  • Provide our customers with an exceptional experience from first contact to after-sales follow-up.
  • Overcome objections and work with our Sales Manager and Finance Manager to finalize the purchase.
  • Use technology to promote yourself and our vehicles and with the community via social media and other community involvement.
  • Source new and future customers and build your own loyal customer base.
