Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable Salon Cleaner to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who is able to work Mon - Fri with three of those shifts being from 8am-3pm and two of them being from 3pm-9pm. As a Salon Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the salon maintains an appearance and cleanliness that is consistent with our expectations and guidlines. This position also comes with the opportunity for advancement into our Salon Assistant role and is perfect for individuals who have a passion for the beauty industry and are eager to learn and grow in a salon environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the salon, including tanning beds and common areas.
- Washing and folding towels
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability maintain cleanliness of the salon in compliance with health regulations and expectations
- Familiarity with retail sales practices is a plus, particularly in promoting products.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills within the beauty industry.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
