At DYL Fashions, our mission is simple: give pre-loved fashion a second life, keep quality pieces out of the landfill, and help every woman who walks through our doors feel confident and beautiful. We're looking for a detail-oriented Product Preparation Specialist to help us make that happen.
What you'll do:
- Lint roll and steam clothing to a like-new finish
- Empty pockets and inspect items thoroughly
- Clean and condition shoes and handbags
- Catch flaws, wear, or quality issues before items reach the boutique floor
- Help transform items from thrift condition to boutique-ready
What we're looking for:
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to quality control
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right, not just fast
- Comfortable working near our fitting room area and interacting with customers in a warm, confident way
- Reliable and able to work independently once trained
Nice to have (not required — we'll train you):
- Knowledge of fashion, fabrics, or textiles
- Light sewing skills
- Leather care experience
