Position Overview:
Detailers are integral team members who play a pivotal role within our Service and Sales departments, as well as in delivering a premium experience to our customers. They are responsible for meticulously detailing both new and used vehicles to meet and exceed the highest industry standards. This includes rejuvenating the exterior and interior of vehicles and performing engine detailing, employing an array of specialized products and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean, polish, and wax the vehicle's exterior to enhance its appearance and protect the paint finish.
- Clean and rejuvenate the upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces, ensuring a fresh and appealing interior.
- Safely and effectively use various detailing products, tools, and equipment to achieve the desired results.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that the detailing meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience an asset but not necessary.
- Friendly and inviting attitude, with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
