Summary We are seeking a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker to join our team in Bow Island, Alberta. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality modular structures efficiently and safely. The Metal Worker will contribute to our manufacturing processes, ensuring precision and excellence in every project. Responsibilities Operate and maintain machinery such as cranes, forklifts, CNC laser cutters, plasma cutters, press brake machines, CNC lathes, and milling machines. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise metal fabrication. Fabricate HVAC ducting from raw coil to custom ductwork utilizing shop equipment such as: pneumatic cutters, brakes, Pittsburgh seamer and CNC machine. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all products meet safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.' Qualifications Proven experience as a Journeyman Metal Worker or similar role in manufacturing. Proficiency with CNC machinery, blueprint reading, and mechanical skills. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as cranes and forklifts safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Mechanical knowledge and basic math skills. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Physical ability to handle demanding tasks in a manufacturing setting.'
