Outer Sanctuary Landscapes Inc. is a family-owned Medicine Hat company that designs and builds landscape solutions for homeowners. Every project we do is unique and every day brings different challenges. Elements of our projects include paving stones, retaining walls, trees, plants, irrigation, decks, and lawns.
We are looking for someone to join our crew working outdoors to create beautiful landscapes. The ideal candidate:
- Enjoys working with their hands and being outside.
- Strives for perfection and likes to see a project come together.
- Leaves the site looking better at the end of the day than it did in the morning.
- Recognizes the limits of tools, equipment, and the human body.
- Looks for more efficient and safer ways to do things.
- Enjoys working as a team but can work alone if needed.
- Is able to follow written and/or verbal directions.
- Is confident and dependable.
- Has a positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Is comfortable with operating equipment and pulling trailers.
- Has a clean driving record.

Related experience is an asset, but character, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are most important.
The season is approximately late April to end of October. Daily hours may vary depending on the weather. No overnight travel is required. Wages are dependent on experience.
You must be able to provide your own transportation to the project sites. Repeated, heavy lifting is required.
