Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly when needed
• Ensure food safety and proper handling of all dishes and ingredients
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas throughout service
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and specials
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to enhance customer satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience in serving, food service, or hospitality is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in restaurants or the food industry demonstrates strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role

Pay: $15.24-$22.89 per hour
