Night Auditor (4 positions) – Best Western Premier & New Sister Property
Sun City Hotels Ltd is scaling. Fast.
We operate the award‑winning Best Western Premier / Executive Residency, currently ranked the #1 hotel in Medicine Hat. This May, we are adding a newly acquired hotel to our portfolio, with a third property breaking ground this August.
We are hiring 4 Night Auditors – 2* for the Best Western Premier / Executive Residency and 2* for our newly acquired hotel.
This is not just a “sit at the desk” role. This is a run the hotel at night opportunity.
What You’ll Own
- Front desk operations during overnight shifts (check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, guest inquiries)
- Nightly audit: balancing daily revenue, posting and reconciling charges, preparing reports
- Guest safety and security checks, handling emergencies and issues calmly and professionally
- Lobby and public‑area cleanliness, light setup for breakfast where required
- Clear, accurate handover to the morning team and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of front desk or hotel experience preferred (night audit experience an asset, but we can train the right person)
- Strong comfort with computers and property management systems (we will train on our PMS)
- High accountability and attention to detail – you like things to balance and be correct
- Calm under pressure, excellent judgment, and a genuine care for guests
- Someone who can work independently overnight and still be a great team player by day

Role Details
- Positions: 4 Night Auditors (2 at Best Western Premier / Executive Residency, 2 at our newly acquired property)
- Schedule: Overnight shifts (typically 11:00 pm – 7:00 am, may vary by property)
- Employment: Full‑time, Permanent
- Location: Medicine Hat, AB
Must currently reside in the area (or be relocating to Medicine Hat) and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
