This position is Hybrid, can be done remotely but requires a weekly physical presence at one of our locations, Lethbridge or Medicine Hat.

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing daily office operations, supporting accounting functions, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong skills in accounting software and bookkeeping to contribute to a dynamic organization. The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting budgeting and account reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and customer emails
  • Book appointments on our service platform
  • Manage invoicing for customers and technicians
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy
  • Support bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, and account reconciliation
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism in interactions with team members and vendors
  • Prior experience in office administration or related roles is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
