Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Assist with meal preparation and food handling in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Support serving staff during peak hours by assisting with plating and presentation
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Familiarity with cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service
