What we’re looking for:
The Demo Row Technician assists customers with trailer hookups and the installation of minor service additions. This is a great starting point for individuals interested in furthering their technical abilities and building a career in the RV industry.
Summer students are encouraged to apply!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete hookups for new and repair units on demo row
- Installation of trailer accessories
- Relight demos
- Assembly of hitch and hitch setup for trailers on demo row
- Provide customer support including assisting customers with trailer hookup
- Keep demo row neat and tidy (roll up hoses)
- Install equalizers
- Check wiring and inform someone if there is an issue
- Install small parts, if needed
- Perform as scheduled hookups for Saturday customer pickups
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Core Competencies and Qualifications:
- Experience as a technician in a similar capacity is an asset
- A valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and liaise with all departments
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions explain problems simply and clearly
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
