About Us
Bad Guy Motors is a custom fabrication and diesel performance shop in Medicine Hat. We build our own line of truck accessories - Outlaw Series bumpers, Badland Bars, flat decks, running boards, mudflaps and more - alongside a full diesel performance and mechanical service shop. We're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to work with their hands and grow with us.
The Role
We need a reliable, hard-working Shop Labourer / Fabrication Helper to support our fabrication and service teams day to day. You'll keep the shop moving: prepping materials, assisting our welders and technicians, handling parts, and keeping the work area clean and organized. If you've got mechanical, welding, or fabrication experience, even better - but the right attitude and work ethic matter most.
What You'll Do
- Assist welders, fabricators, and technicians with builds and repairs
- Prep, grind, cut, and handle steel and other materials
- Move, stage, and organize parts, stock, and finished products
- Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Operate shop equipment and hand/power tools safely
- Support general labour tasks as needed across the shop
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (required)
- Comfortable with physical work: lifting, standing, and being on your feet
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail
Assets (Not Required)
- Mechanical, welding, or fabrication experience
- Experience in a shop, trades, or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with hand and power tools

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
