On Side Restoration is looking for a Project Supervisor (Water Damage focus) to join our team! Reporting to the Operations Manager, Project Supervisors oversee branch Water Damage Teams, Rebuild Teams and also work out in the field.
The Project Supervisor brings solid emergency mitigation know-how and full start‑to‑finish restoration experience. You’re comfortable with drywall, carpentry, and painting, and you know great customer service isn’t optional—it’s essential.
What you Bring to the Team
- Previous water damage experience and applicable IICRC certification. A combination of experience and education will be evaluated
- Emergency mitigation know-how and full start-to-finish restoration experience (water damage, remediation, drywall, carpentry, painting)
- Training abilities and a passion for helping teams get ‘it’ right the first time
- Strong technical knowledge in specialty drying situations
- Strong organizational and inventory management abilities
- Excellent communicator with a natural, authentic rapport
- Ability to work out in the field with the team
- Team player, self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines
- Computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear criminal background check
- Enhanced critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Of Note:
Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement. Meaning you’ll work regular weekday hours and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

- Are you able to work a Rotating On-Call Schedule (responding to emergency calls after hours)? This is additional to scheduled day time hours. Premium and overtime paid.
